Good capacity, looks nice though a little bulky. Glad I bought it. Timely response from company and smooth delivery and payment process. However, please mention average time for delivery so customers can know when to expect their delivery to arrive and plan accordingly.

I love this bag alot. It's sturdy, has a lot of space for busy school days and adjustable straps. I love that I can use it either as a handbag or a shoulder bag! Adding pins, embroidery patches and keychains really elevate the look.
My only gripe is that the tomatotes logo is too stark, it should be smaller or recoloured to not stand out as much.
